On this day, May 16, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression targeted civilians and public and private property in several governorates by air, sea, and land, resulting in casualties.
On May 16, 2015, the Saudi army fired 23-caliber machine gun shells from Mount Tuwailiq towards the Shada Triangle, missiles at the border areas of Hasama and Manzala, artillery shelling from the Radif site towards the Al-Barm border area, and medium-calibre weapons from Mount Jahfan towards the Red Hill in the Manzala area, and from a newly established Saudi site towards the Al-Malahiz area.
It also fired several missiles and artillery shells at the Al-Mazraq area in Hajjah Governorate and several border areas in Saada and Hajjah Governorates.
On May 16, 2016, three civilians were injured in a mercenary shelling of the Al-Aqroud area in Taiz Governorate. They also shelled the Al-Omari mountain range in Dhubab District and the Al-Jahmaliyah area with artillery.
The coalition's air force launched 11 raids on Hodeida Airport, one on the Al-Mukhdara area, two on the Harib Nihm area on the western outskirts of Marib Governorate, and dropped a sound bomb on the Harf Sufyan district in Amran Governorate.
The coalition's mercenaries targeted Wadi Al-Rabi'ah, Jabal Haylan, and Al-Ashqari in Marib with artillery shells, and various locations throughout the governorate with various weapons.
The mercenaries shelled civilian homes in the Al-Harshafah Al-Bajash area and the Mubdah, Bani Bariq, and Malah areas in the Nihm District in Sana'a Governorate with artillery and rockets. On May 16, 2017, three women and a man were killed, and several homes were damaged as a result of Saudi missile and artillery shelling targeting civilian homes in the Shada border district of Saada governorate. A civilian was also killed by Saudi border guards in the Al-Mashnaq area.
Hamoudah Ahmed Ali Shaiba, 16, was injured while herding sheep in the Al-Mazhat Al-Awirah area when a cluster bomb left over from the aggression's airstrikes exploded. This resulted in the amputation of her right foot and the injury of her left foot, and the death of 15 sheep.
The aggression's air force launched five raids north of Al-Mokha in Taiz governorate, two of which used cluster bombs. It also launched two raids on the Mushaj area in Al-Khawkhah district in Hodeida governorate.
On May 16, 2018, aggression warships targeted civilian farms in the Al-Arj area of Bajil district in Hodeida governorate with six missiles.
The coalition's air force launched five raids on the Al-Mahader area in Sahar District, Saada Governorate.
On May 16, 2019, six civilians, including four children, were killed and 54 others were injured, including two Russian women working in the health sector, in airstrikes targeting a residential neighborhood at the intersection of Rabat and Al-Raqqas Streets in the capital, Sana'a.
The coalition's air force launched a series of raids on the capital, Sana'a, targeting one building belonging to the Ministry of Information, three raids in the Attan area, two raids in the Al-Nahdain area, three raids on Nuqum behind the Mövenpick Hotel, and two raids behind the Qatari Embassy. It also launched an airstrike on September 21 Park.
A woman was killed near a well as a result of two airstrikes targeting the Bayt Dahra area in Bani Al-Harith District, Sana'a.
More than five civilians were injured by a guided missile fired by mercenaries at a farm near the Ring Road in Qa'taba District, Dhale' Governorate. The coalition's air force also launched an airstrike on the Batar School in the district.
In Sana'a Governorate, the aggression's air force launched eight raids on the Fareejah and Al-Sama' camps in Arhab District, and one raid on the Al-Arqoub camp in Khawlan District.
The mercenaries fired ten artillery shells towards Hodeida Airport, and intensively shelled the villages of Al-Zafran and Mahal Al-Sheikh in the Kilo 16 area in Ad-Durayhimi District with light and medium machine guns, and the Al-Jah area in Bayt Al-Faqih District with five mortar shells.
The mercenaries also shelled the Al-Faza and Al-Jabaliyah areas in At-Tuhayta District with 22 artillery shells, while the air force launched an airstrike south of the district.
The aggression's air force launched five raids on the Al-Buqa' area and three raids on Wadi Al-Abu Jabara in Kitaf District in Saada Governorate.
In Amran Governorate, the aggression's air force launched two raids on the Sanwan area in Shawaba in Dhibin District, one raid on Jabal Dhain in Ayyal Sarih District, and three raids on Harf Sufyan District.
The aggression's air force launched two raids on the Bani Suwaid area in the Dhoran Anas district of Dhamar governorate, and one on the Haradh district of Hajjah governorate.
On May 16, 2020, the aggression's air force launched eight raids on the Qaniyah area, three raids on the As-Suwadiyah district of Bayda governorate, one raid on the Ash-Sharfah area of Najran, six raids on the Khab wa Ash-Sha'af district of Jawf governorate, and two raids on the Majzar district of Marib governorate.
In Hodeida governorate, mercenaries targeted various areas with 103 artillery shells, rockets, and various types of ammunition. They also targeted the College of Engineering and the Al-Dhubyani neighborhood in the city with artillery and machine guns, as well as the western part of the village of Al-Shajan on the outskirts of Al-Durayhimi.
On May 16, 2021, the aggression's mercenaries established combat fortifications in Al-Jabaliyah and Al-Tuhayta, and bombarded numerous areas in Hodeida Governorate with 168 artillery shells and various types of ammunition. Meanwhile, the aggression's air force launched eight raids on the Sarwah district in Marib Governorate.
On May 16, 2022, the aggression's reconnaissance aircraft launched a raid on civilian homes in the Al-Fakhira area in Dhale' Governorate, and the mercenaries established combat fortifications around Marib City.
The aggression's mercenaries targeted Al-Tabh Al-Hamra in the Hawamra area in Taiz, Bani Hassan in Hajjah, Al-Malahiz and Al-Madafen in Saada Governorate, and Al-Fakhira in Dhale' Governorate with artillery shelling. They also fired on civilian homes and various areas in the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, and Dhale'.
The aggression's reconnaissance aircraft launched a raid on Hays and bombarded numerous areas in Hodeida Governorate with artillery and various types of ammunition.
