Tulkarm - Saba:

Israeli enemy forces continue their aggression against the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 118th consecutive day, and for the 105th day against the Nour Shams camp, amidst escalating violence and ongoing provocations against civilians.

The Palestinian WAFA News Agency reported that an infantry force was deployed this morning in the city center, specifically around the Martyr Thabet Thabet Roundabout and Nablus Street, stopping citizens and vehicles and preventing them from passing.

The city, its two camps, and its suburbs are witnessing intensive activity by enemy vehicles and infantry units around the clock. They patrol the main streets and neighborhoods, obstructing the movement of citizens and vehicles, and driving against traffic. They also set up surprise checkpoints, especially in the city center, on Nablus Street, and on the Shuweika Roundabout in the northern neighborhood.

In a related development, enemy vehicles stormed the Dhnaba neighborhood in the east and Artah neighborhoods in the south of the city at dawn today, patrolling the main streets, amid extensive searches, and obstructing the movement of vehicles and civilians.

The enemy continues to impose a stifling siege on the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, preventing forcibly displaced families from returning to their homes or even losing their property in the camps. They also fire at anyone who attempts to approach the camps.

In recent days, Nour Shams camp has witnessed a demolition campaign that has affected more than 20 buildings in its main neighborhoods, damaging neighboring buildings. This is part of the occupation's plan to demolish 106 buildings in the two camps, including 58 in Tulkarm camp and 48 in Nour Shams camp, to open roads and alter the geographical features of the camps.

Enemy forces also continue to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, after forcibly evacuating their residents and converting them into military barracks. Some of these buildings have been under occupation for more than two months.

Nablus Street, which connects the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, also suffered extensive damage after the occupation forces placed earth mounds along its length a few months ago. This significantly impacted vehicle traffic and exacerbated the suffering of residents. This was in addition to the bulldozing and excavation work carried out, particularly at the northern entrance to Tulkarm camp.

The ongoing aggression on Tulkarm and its two camps has so far left 13 martyrs, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens have also been wounded and detained, and there has been widespread destruction of infrastructure, homes, shops, and vehicles, resulting from demolitions, arson, and looting.

This escalation has led to the displacement of more than 4,200 families from the two camps, representing over 25,000 residents. It has also led to the complete destruction of more than 400 homes and the partial destruction of 2,573 others. The entrances and alleys of the camps have been closed off with earth mounds, transforming them into isolated areas almost devoid of any signs of life.
