Gaza – Saba:

The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said that the organization is ready to act immediately to bring aid into the Gaza Strip, if permitted.

In a statement on Monday, Ghebreyesus called on Israel to allow the evacuation of patients from Gaza and the entry of medical and food aid.

He noted that more than 10,000 patients are in need of medical evacuation from Gaza.
