Gaza – Saba:
Several European leaders condemned on Monday the crimes committed by the Israeli enemy in the Palestinian Gaza Strip.

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, stated that the humanitarian situation in Gaza is unacceptable, demanding immediate aid access to civilians.

In press remarks on Monday, von der Leyen emphasized that humanitarian aid to Gaza must not be politicized in any way, according to the Palestinian news agency Safa.

She called for an immediate end to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and stressed that food must not be used as a political weapon.

For his part, Finnish President Alexander Stubb urged Israel to uphold its responsibilities under international law and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

In press statements on Monday, the Finnish president affirmed that the forced displacement of populations is a war crime and cannot be part of any solution.

Meanwhile, European Parliament President Martin Schulz stated that the situation in Gaza is completely unacceptable.

With American and European support, the Israeli enemy has been committing genocide and imposing a suffocating siege on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in over 174,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of whom are children and women, in addition to more than 14,000 missing persons.
