The discussion involved reviewing the Economy, Industry, and Investment Office's efforts in market control and oversight.
Governor Idris emphasized the importance of public awareness and coordination across districts to promote the boycott and encourage the use of alternative goods.
He urged collaboration with local authorities to enhance market oversight, protect consumers, develop local resources and production, and ensure compliance.
The Governor also stressed the need to stabilize prices and supply to ease citizens' suffering due to the ongoing conflict and blockade, while commending the Economic Office's recent work in market oversight and seizing illegal goods.
