Sana'a – Saba:
A training course in project management using Microsoft Project concluded on Monday at the Customs Cultural Institute in Sana'a, with the participation of 30 directors-general and their deputies from the Customs Authority.
The 10-day course aimed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge about project characteristics, distinguishing between projects , operational processes, and understanding project management frameworks.
During the closing session, a practical application of the program was conducted, and trainees were evaluated based on their acquired knowledge.
Faisal Al-Thawab, Director of the Customs Cultural Institute, emphasized the importance of such courses in enhancing work efficiency, enabling directors to manage teams effectively, complete tasks within deadlines, and ensure quality execution according to set standards.
