Ibb - Saba:
The Secretary-General of the Local Council in Ibb Governorate, Amin Al-Warafi, discussed with the UNICEF representative in Sana'a, Mioh Nemoto, the organization's activities and projects in the governorate.
The meeting addressed humanitarian interventions in the fields of health, education, water, nutrition, and social affairs, in addition to the challenges associated with displacement and lack of resources, and ways to enhance coordination between the organization and the local authority to ensure the implementation of projects according to priorities.
Al-Warafi praised UNICEF's efforts in implementing service and development projects, stressing the importance of continuing to support sustainable projects that meet the needs of the population and called on the organization to intensify its interventions in the governorate to face current challenges.
