The security authorities in Iraq arrested on Tuesday three ISIS terrorist elements in Salah al-Din governorate, north of the country.
The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency said in a statement that counter-terrorism forces carried out an operation in Salah al-Din governorate that resulted in the arrest of three ISIS elements, based on intelligence information, as the accused confessed to carrying out armed operations in the governorate.
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi security forces are still tracking down ISIS remnants in various parts of the country, and carry out attacks against them from time to time in all governorates of the country.
