The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced today, Tuesday, the "series of death ambushes" that its fighters carried out against the soldiers and vehicles of the Zionist enemy in recent weeks in Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip.
The Qassam Brigades explained in military statements that its fighters launched two "M75" rockets towards the occupied city of Jerusalem from the city of Beit Hanoun on 12/28/2024.
It added that its fighters launched five "Rajum" rockets on 12/29/2024 towards a command and control site belonging to the "Nahal" Brigade inside the "Sidro" settlement.
On 12/29/2024, the Qassam fighters managed to snipe a Zionist soldier with a Qassam "Ghoul" rifle on "Al-Sikka" Street in Beit Hanoun, seriously wounding him, which led to the amputation of his hand and another injury to his body.
In a complex operation in Beit Hanoun, on 12/30/2024, Qassam fighters managed to snipe and kill a Zionist sniper and his assistant, and then targeted the same force with five anti-personnel "TBG" shells, killing and wounding them. The enemy admitted to killing two soldiers and seriously wounding ten from the "Netzah Yehuda" battalion.
On 01/02/2025, Qassam fighters destroyed a Zionist "Merkava" tank with a highly explosive device in the Al-Sikka area in Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip.
It continued that its fighters managed on 01/02/2025 to target a house in which a Zionist infantry force was fortified with an anti-fortification shell in Beit Hanoun, which led to the collapse of the house on the force members, killing and wounding them. The enemy admitted to killing five soldiers and seriously wounding eight.
On 01/06/2025, Qassam fighters detonated an anti-personnel explosive device directly at a Zionist force from the "Granit 932" Battalion, which our fighters had spotted during its advance into Beit Hanoun, and then finished off the rest of them from zero distance. The battalion's company commander, his deputy, and a number of soldiers were killed in this operation.
On the same day, they fired three "Rajum" rockets towards the "Sderot" settlement from the city of Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip.
It announced that its Mujahideen were able to detonate a highly explosive device in a house where a Zionist force was holed up in Beit Hanoun, killing three of them and wounding several others with varying degrees of injury. They targeted another Zionist force holed up inside a house on Damra Street, north of Beit Hanoun, with two anti-personnel shells, killing its members.
On 01/07/2025, its Mujahideen completely destroyed a D9 military bulldozer with a highly explosive device, and targeted a military "Baqer" driver with an anti-personnel device, killing him instantly in the Zeitoun area of Beit Hanoun, north of the Strip.
On 01/08/2025, its fighters were able to set up a tight ambush in an expected path for the enemy to advance and destroyed a tank belonging to a company commander in an armored battalion with a highly explosive device, which led to the turret being separated from the tank and the killing of everyone in it, including the company commander. They then targeted the rescue force with an anti-personnel device, which resulted in their deaths and injuries.
A minefield was also detonated in a number of enemy vehicles in the center of Beit Hanoun, north of the Strip.
It said that its fighters were able on 01/09/2025 to snipe a number of Zionist soldiers on Al-Wadi Street near Al-Uruba Station in Beit Hanoun, north of the Strip, killing one soldier and wounding six others with varying degrees of injury.
On 01/11/2025, its fighters managed to detonate an anti-personnel bomb against a Zionist infantry force advancing in the Zeitoun area of Beit Hanoun, killing and wounding its members. The enemy admitted to killing the deputy commander of the "Nahal" Brigade and four soldiers, and seriously wounding nine of them.
It stated that its fighters managed on 01/14/2025 to target a Zionist force that had taken refuge inside a house in Beit Hanoun with a "TBG" shell, killing and wounding its members.
On 15/1/2025, its fighters were able to target a force from the Zionist engineering corps with an anti-personnel bomb, killing and wounding them, and they were able to target a military "Baqer" with a "Yassin 105" shell in "Al-Baali" Street in the center of Beit Hanoun.
The Al-Qassam Brigades explained that its fighters were able, during the invasion of Beit Hanoun, to destroy the "Erez" military site, command and control sites, and enemy forces' gatherings with mortar shells of 60mm, 80mm, and 120mm caliber.
