China announced on Friday that it has successfully launched three satellites, including a Pakistani satellite, into space from the Jiuquan Space Center in the northwest of the country.
The Chinese news agency "Xinhua" reported that the satellite, named "PRSC-EO1", was launched on a "Long March-2D" carrier rocket, and the satellite has successfully entered the planned orbit.
It reported that the rocket also carried two other satellites, "Tianluo-1" and "Lantan-1".
This is the 556th mission of the "Long March" carrier rocket series.
