The local authority and public mobilization in Rif Ibb district launched on Thursday the activities of the annual martyr anniversary for the year 1446 AH with a speech event.
At the launch event, attended by Shura Council member Nabil Al-Hubaishi, Provincial Undersecretary Qassim Al-Masawi emphasized the importance of commemorating this anniversary, as a station to inspire the lessons of charity, altruism , sacrifice for the sake of God and the homeland, and to support the nation causes .
He pointed out the importance of promoting the culture of jihad and martyrdom because of its impact in confronting the global arrogance forces led by America and Israel.
Ali Kharsan, the directorate's general mobilization officer, and Abdulaziz al-Munai'i, the martyrs' family, explained the importance of this anniversary in defending the religion, the homeland and Islamic sanctities.
They stressed that loyalty to the martyrs is embodied by paying attention to their families and their needs, reciprocating loyalty and following the martyrs' path in confronting the forces of global hegemony and arrogance.
