The Palestinian Journalists Protection Center "PJPC" said on Tuesday that the Zionist enemy killed five journalists in the Gaza Strip in less than a week.
In a statement issued Tuesday the center confirmed that the escalation of the Zionist enemy army's killing of journalists is deliberate and premeditated.
It indicated that the number of Palestinian journalists martyred by the enemy army's fire has risen to 189 journalists since October 7, 2023.
The center stressed that the continued targeting of journalists in Gaza represents a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights.
It called on the international community and its relevant organizations to intervene urgently and work to prosecute the instigators and those involved in the Zionist crimes against journalists before international courts.
