OCCUPIED QUDS September 08. 2024 (Saba)- Zionist settlers kidnapped, on Sunday evening, an elderly man from Dhahiriya town, south Hebron city, south of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that a group of settlers arrested Baji Salem Abu Sharkh, 68 years old, while he was grazing sheep in Al-Tiran area, and severely beat him.
The attack comes in the context of an escalation of criminal attacks by settlers in the area, reflecting growing tension and suffering among the local population.
Settlers carried out 206 acts of vandalism and theft of property in the West Bank in August, according to Stephane Dujarric, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) coordinator for the West Bank and Gaza Strip
