SANA'A May 27. 2024 (Saba) - The Ministry of Human Rights, in coordination with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support, launched today , Monday, the training program for the lectures of Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi from the lessons of Imam Ali by Malik al-Ashtar era.
The 12-day program targets all members of the Human RightsMinistry , to introduce them to the axes and components of the Covenant, its titles , topics, and to build their capabilities, qualify them, and educate them in a way that contributes to refining souls, improving work, and achieving a positive impact on self-development.
At the opening of the program, the Minister of Human Rights in the caretaker government, Ali Al-Dailami, pointed out the importance of the program to learn about the era of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, to Malik Al-Ashtar, which is considered a constitution for the nation and a reference for it because of the values, principles, instructions, and practical, behavioral and ethical rules that represent guidelines for state institutions to improve their performance.
He said, "Unfortunately, some do not take responsibility for their work, and believe that employees are in their service, while in the Islamic concept, a responsible person is one who serves society, takes care of its interests, deals with citizens from a humane, value-based, moral perspective, and possesses the qualities of humility and morals."
Minister Al-Dailami referred to the concepts related to the human rights system, especially those related to civil, political and economic rights.
For his part, the head of the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support, Yahya Al-Mahaqri, reviewed the mechanism for implementing the training program, its main objectives , outcomes, and the mental foundations of the era of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, to Malek Al-Ashtar, who laid the foundations of the state and defined its responsibilities in an integrated manner.
He pointed out that the program is distinguished from other programs in that the Capacity Building Center targets the human element through training, qualification, and building three main aspects: the knowledge that the individual acquires, the skills that he must be able to practice in his work, and building the behavior that is the primary driver for performing his work.
Al-Mahaqri pointed out that the program deals with building behaviour, knowledge and skills related to the entrant’s obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the principles, rules , foundations of public administration and individual management.
He considered the program an important step for refining the soul , consolidating the principles , values of virtue and the starting points from which the employee must proceed in performing his work.
He mentioned that the reign of Imam Ali by Malik al-Ashtar remained hidden for centuries until the Leader presented it with an unprecedented reading, despite it being presented in a number of countries and including administration, governance, social welfare, the political system, and other names.
Al-Mahaqri added, "The revolution leader presented a comprehensive reading of the covenant and understood what was related to state affairs. We expected that when comparing it with the constitutional principles of any country, there would be a large gap, but we found that the covenant included what the constitutions of the current era include regarding political, military, social, and economic principles."
He stressed that the covenant is more comprehensive and covers the needs of the current era through the foundations and principles from which it starts , the ethics and values that an official is supposed to have in his workplace.
