SANAA, Oct. 25 (Saba) – President Saleh al-Sammad issued decree No. 39 for 2016 for amending the first article of the decree No. 16 for 2016 about organizing the implementation mechanism of granting general amnesty.

The decree was issued on Monday, 24 October, 2016.

Article No. 1: The 1st article of decree No. 16 for 2016 should be amended to appoint a main committee to oversee the implementation mechanism of granting the general amnesty as following:

Khaled Abdulwahab al-Sharif as head of the committee.
Deputy of president's office as member of the committee.
Chief of staff as member.
Acting minister of the local administrative ministry as member.
Acting minister of human rights ministry as member.
Deputy interior minister as member.
Head of lawyers syndicate as member.
Faisal Ahmed Qaid Haidar as member.
Ziyad Ali Sageer al-Shami as member.
Jilaydan Mahmoud Jilaydan as member.
Fahd Hasan Mohammed al-Ezzi as member.
Abdullah Hasan Mutahar al-Woshali as member.
Naïf Abdullah Ahmed Mujaydie as member.
Dhiyab Muhsein Maeyeli as member.
Mohammed Ali al-Ghadir as member.
Dhaif-Allah Rassam as member.
Ahmed Saleh Duwaid as member.
Abdulkadir Tahir al-Junaydi as member.

 The decree was ordered to be published in the official gazette.
