Occupied Quds – Saba:
The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs stated in its monthly report, issued today, Sunday, that Zionist settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque 27 times during the past month of July, while the Israeli occupation forces prevented the call to prayer (Adhan) from being raised at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron 51 times.
According to the Anadolu Agency, the ministry reported that Zionist occupation forces and settlers carried out 27 incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque and blocked the Adhan at the Ibrahimi Mosque on 51 occasions.
This comes as the so-called National Security Minister of the Zionist entity’s government, extremist criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir, issued official instructions to the occupation police allowing settlers to dance and sing throughout Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs added that the Zionist occupation army prevented the Adhan at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron 51 times by delaying the muezzin’s entry. The eastern gate and windows of the mosque have remained closed for over eight months.
The ministry emphasized that these violations are "part of a systematic settlement policy aimed at erasing Palestinian identity and imposing ‘Israeli’ sovereignty over the occupied territories."
It called on the international community and human rights institutions to intervene urgently to protect Islamic holy sites. The ministry also urged Palestinians to maintain a daily presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Ibrahimi Mosque through prayers and daily attendance, describing it as "the true guarantee against Judaization attempts."
