Preparatory meetings were held on Sunday in the districts of Khadir, Sabir al-Mawadim, Maqbanah, and Sharab al-Rawna in Taiz governorate to prepare for the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday for the year 1447 AH.
In meetings in Khadir and Sabir al-Mawadim, Taiz undersecretary Mohammed Hazaa al-Husseini and Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region Brigadier General Nour al-Din al-Marani stressed the importance of readiness to celebrate this significant religious occasion, highlighting its deep connection to faith and Yemeni wisdom through love for the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). They called for broad participation in all related activities.
They emphasized community preparation, including field visits to villages, activating “al-Aqsa Flood” centers, decorating streets and neighborhoods, and maintaining cleanliness as expressions of joy for the birth of the best of humanity.
The meetings were attended by district directors, security officials, and social affairs representatives.
Similarly, a preparatory meeting was held in Maqbanah district, where participants including Shura Council member Mansour Hail Sinan, Deputy Governor Fuad Hail Sinan, and security officials highlighted the importance of upholding Islamic values and emulating the Prophet’s morals.
They noted Yemenis’ longstanding tradition of celebrating this noble occasion, reflecting their deep connection to the Prophet’s message of mercy and guidance.
In Sharab al-Rawna, a meeting led by Taiz undersecretary Mohammed Munir discussed mobilizing community participation in the central celebration, stressing the profound significance of the Prophet’s revolution that illuminated humanity’s path from darkness to light.
