The Education Sector in Ibb governorate on Wednesday held a rhetorical and cultural event commemorating Ashura under the slogan "Humiliation is Far From Us."
Speakers emphasized the lasting impact of Imam Hussein’s stand against injustice, drawing parallels between the tragedy of Karbala and current oppression faced by the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples.
Mobilization Officer Abdul Fattah Ghallab underscored the historical roots of the tragedy, while officials highlighted the importance of drawing lessons from Imam Hussein’s legacy of resistance, sacrifice, and moral strength.
