Sa’ada University and the University Student Forum organized a solidarity sit-in today in support of the Palestinian people, under the slogan: “A New Academic Year Against Aggression… With Our Army on the Frontlines.”
Participants, including Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs Dr. Hassan Mu’awwad, along with several deans and faculty secretaries, reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to supporting the causes of the Muslim Ummah, with Palestine as the foremost issue.
A statement released during the sit-in praised the strategic operations carried out by the resistance fighters in Gaza, which have inflicted heavy blows on the Zionist enemy, and hailed the legendary steadfastness in the face of Israel’s military machinery.
The statement also condemned the Israeli aggression on civilian facilities in Hodeidah and expressed support for the operations by Yemeni armed forces targeting critical enemy infrastructure in the occupied territories.
Participants declared their full mandate to the leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to take any necessary actions in confronting the Israeli enemy.
