Tehran - Saba:
Speaker of the Iranian Shura Council, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, confirmed that the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran will suspend its cooperation with the IAEA until the security of nuclear facilities is guaranteed and until Iran's peaceful nuclear program advances at a faster pace.
Qalibaf said, according to the agency. Iran's Mehr News Agency reported: "When America saw the resilience of the Iranian people, it tried to extricate itself from the predicament with a showdown attack. In exchange for Iran's proportionate response to the command center of its military bases in the region, it proposed and pursued a ceasefire." He noted that all this happened while Iran had yet to utilize all its capabilities, including "influencing the global energy economy."
"Not only has the enemy failed to achieve its goals of halting enrichment and limiting its missile program, but for the first time, the military and security infrastructure of the pseudo-State of Israel has been destroyed, all its cities have become unsafe, and the myth of the Iron Dome's invulnerability has collapsed. With Iran's display of offensive power in the decisive blow, the people of this land will no longer enjoy a peaceful sleep, and there will be no security for investors and no hope for the future of life in this occupied land."
"Given the resilience of the Iranian nation, the United States also tried to extricate itself from the predicament with a showdown attack. It proposed and pursued a ceasefire in exchange for a proportionate response from Iran to the command center." Its military bases in the region," Qalibaf added.
He pointed out that the Iranian Armed Forces, with the support of all Iranians at home and abroad, have burdened the Zionist entity by exacerbating its existential crisis and made America regret its aggression against Iran. This was a sincere promise from the wise Leader of the Revolution, and it has been fulfilled.
He also pointed out that, in addition to all these strategic achievements, the unity of the Islamic Ummah and Islamic governments in supporting Iran's missile attacks on "Israel" represents a significant achievement for the Islamic world and Iran in confronting the Zionist entity.
Qalibaf said: "In this cowardly war, we bear the heavy burden of the martyrdom of our leaders, scholars, and dear people. With full confidence, we will not be deceived by any promises. We will be more prepared than before, and we will respond forcefully to any aggression."
Qalibaf concluded by saying, "The International Atomic Energy Agency, which refused to even publicly condemn the attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, has put its international credibility up for sale. Therefore, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran will suspend its cooperation with the agency until the security of nuclear facilities is guaranteed and Iran's peaceful nuclear program advances at a faster pace."
