At least 7 Palestinian civilians were martyred on Tuesday evening when Israeli occupation forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced people west of Gaza City, while medical sources confirmed a total of 71 Palestinian martyrs due to Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip since early Tuesday.
According to the Palestinian news agency Sanad, 7 martyrs and a number of injured were reported following an Israeli airstrike targeting a displacement tent located at the Fishermen’s Port west of Gaza City.
The victims and injured were transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City. Among the martyrs were Jaber Eid Al-Ajrami, Zahir Ahmed Al-Ajrami, Suad Mohammed Abu Ouda, and Yasser Adnan Abu Ouda along with his children Ahmed, Ammar, and Mayar, all of whom were killed in the bombing of their tent at the port.
The same agency, citing Palestinian medical sources, confirmed that a total of 71 civilian martyrs and dozens of injuries resulted from ongoing Israeli air raids across Gaza since the early hours of Tuesday.
The total death toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza has now risen to 54,510 martyrs and 124,901 injured since October 7, 2023.
