Valparaiso - Saba:
Chilean President Gabriel Boric confirmed that he will work to intensify pressure on the Israeli entity over its war on the Gaza Strip.
In a three-hour speech before Congress in the coastal city of Valparaiso, Boric explained, according to what the Palestinian WAFA News Agency reported on Monday, that he will submit a bill to ban imports from the illegally occupied territories, and will also support Spain's efforts to impose an arms embargo on "Israel."
It is worth noting that the Chilean president is a prominent critic of the Israeli entity and recently withdrew his country's military personnel from his country's embassy in the occupying entity and recalled the ambassador for consultations.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli enemy forces have been waging a war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 54,418 Palestinian citizens. The majority of them were children and women, and 124,190 others were injured, while thousands of victims remain under the rubble, unable to be reached by ambulances and civil defense crews.
