Jenin - (Saba):
Israeli enemy forces continue their aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp in the northern occupied West Bank for the 133rd consecutive day, with an escalation in attacks on civilians.
On Monday morning, Israeli enemy forces stormed the town of Yamoun, west of Jenin, amid armed clashes and violent confrontations that erupted between rebel youth and occupation forces, who sent large military reinforcements to the area.
Enemy forces surrounded a house in the town, as clashes continued.
During the clashes, rebel youth threw stones at occupation patrols as they moved toward Jenin camp.
Resistant fighters targeted enemy forces with an explosive device in the town of Yamoun, northwest of Jenin.
The Yamoun Battalion stated that its fighters detonated an explosive device in an Israeli military vehicle during its raid on the town of Yamoun.
The attack on Jenin camp resulted in the complete demolition of 600 homes in the camp.
The remaining homes were partially damaged and rendered uninhabitable. This was in addition to the widespread destruction throughout the city, which caused significant damage to facilities, homes, and infrastructure.
The ongoing attack, which began on January 21, has led to the forced displacement of approximately 22,000 citizens after being forced to leave their homes by the occupation forces.
In addition, 43 citizens were killed, including two by Palestinian Authority security forces, and dozens were injured and arrested.
