Gaza - Saba:
Abdul Nasser Al-Ajrami, head of the Bakery Owners Association in Gaza, confirmed on Monday that all bakeries operating in central Gaza, which had worked with the World Food Programme, have stopped operating.
According to the Palestine Today Agency, Al-Ajrami stated that the amount of bread produced was barely enough for 10% of the population in the central region.
He pointed out that problems and raids on bakeries were occurring due to hunger and the need for bread and flour, in addition to the small amount of bread produced.
