Sana’a – Saba:
Researcher Fuad Qassem Ali Al-Tawhimi was awarded a Master’s degree with honors on Tuesday from the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Sana’a University, for his thesis titled "The Reality of Local Authority in Yemen During the Period (2015–2022): The Capital Secretariat as a Model."

The judging and examination committee consisted of:
- Dr. Adnan Yasin Ghalib Al-Maqtari (Sana’a University) as the main supervisor,
- Dr. Hameed Abdulghani Seif Al-Makhlaafi (Hodeidah University) as the external examiner,
- Dr. Abdulkarim Abdullah Al-Rawdi (Sana’a University) as the internal examiner.

The committee praised the study’s content, considering it a significant contribution to the field of local governance.
