Madrid – Saba:
Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares said on Monday that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is unbearable.
In a press statement, Albares called for the opening of the crossings and the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, reiterating Spain's categorical rejection of any attempt to displace the Palestinian people.
He added, "The war must stop and Gaza must not be turned into a graveyard."
The Spanish official pointed out that Spain was among the first countries to impose sanctions on settlers, calling on other countries to join this move.
He continued, "We began reviewing our partnership agreements with Israel a year ago, and other countries have joined us."
