London - Saba:
British reports indicated that Russian forces have begun using the "triple stranglehold" tactic in the area of the special military operation, which allows them to effectively eliminate Ukrainian Armed Forces positions.
British reports stated that "Russia is using a military strategy known as the 'triple chokehold' to eliminate Ukrainian forces."
They noted that "this tactic begins with ground attacks aimed at restricting the Ukrainian armed forces, forcing them to take defensive positions, and hindering their maneuvers."
According to the British newspaper The Telegraph, at the same time, Ukrainian forces are being paralyzed with the help of Russian drones, which provide real-time surveillance of Ukrainian positions and reduce the mobility of Ukrainian armed forces.
The newspaper explained that key Ukrainian military positions are then destroyed remotely using aerial bombs.
The British newspaper stated that "this combination forces Ukrainian soldiers to choose between holding their positions, risking heavy losses and depleting their resources, or maintaining their ability to move, which increases their vulnerability to drone strikes and individual attacks."
It added that this tactic allows the Russian army to achieve significant success in offensive operations. Serhiy Kozan, head of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation, complained that this tactic leads to an increase in the intensity of fighting, which significantly depletes Ukrainian military units.
