On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khalid Al-Huwali, launched a training program in the International Computer Driving License for the ministry's employees at the National Institute for Administrative Sciences, funded by the Skills Development Fund.


The program, which lasts for 25 days, aims to train 40 employees on basic computer skills, presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and internet usage.


Minister Al-Huwali emphasized the importance of developing employees' capabilities to keep up with digital transformation and improve job performance, stressing the need to include the latest technological developments in the training curriculum.


For his part, the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Muhammad Al-Qatabri, considered the program a fundamental entry point for developing digital skills, while the Executive Director of the Skills Development Fund, Ali Al-Qasimi, pointed out that supporting such programs contributes to enhancing the efficiency of state employees.
