Nablus – Saba:
A Palestinian child was martyred and two others were injured on Saturday evening by Israeli enemy forces during clashes that erupted in the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Sanad News Agency quoted local sources as saying that 16-year-old Nidal al-Shaghnoubi died of his wounds from Israeli enemy fire near the entrance to Burqa, northwest of Nablus.
Local residents reported that Israeli forces arrested 16-year-old Nidal Wael al-Shaghnoubi, from the village of Burqa, after shooting and wounding him. His health condition is unknown, they noted, noting that the Israeli enemy forces prevented Palestinian ambulances from reaching him before his arrest.
For its part, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a brief statement this evening that its medical teams treated two children (17 and 13 years old) who were shot in the hand with live ammunition during the Burqa clashes. The Society noted that its medical teams transferred the two injured children to hospitals in Nablus for further treatment.
