The General People's Congress and the parties of the National Democratic Alliance condemned the Zionist-American aggression that targeted civilian facilities in Sana'a, Hodeida, and Amran, most notably Sana'a Airport, Hodeida Port, cement factories, power stations, and nearby civilian homes.
In a statement, the Congress and its allies affirmed that these are civilian facilities owned by the Yemeni people, and that attacking them is a full-fledged war crime aimed at besieging and starving the Yemeni people.
The statement indicated that the Zionist aggression is a violation of Yemen's sovereignty and independence and a clear violation of the United Nations Charter and all international conventions and norms.
The statement stressed the right of the Yemeni people and their armed forces to defend the homeland, its sovereignty and independence with all possible and available options, considering this a right guaranteed by all divine laws and international norms.
