The General Authority for Fisheries in the Red Sea organized a speech event in Al Hodeida to mark the anniversary of Al-Sarkha (The Scream), in collaboration with the Tihama Coast Association and the Marine Sciences Research Board.

During the event, Ali Qushar, the Deputy Governor of the province, emphasized that the slogan of Al-Sarkha symbolizes a shift in the nation’s awareness and a practical stance against the American-Zionist project. He stressed the importance of strengthening national consciousness to confront the "soft war" (non-military tactics targeting culture and identity).
