Palestinian media reported that within the framework of implementing the sixth phase of the exchange deals between the Palestinian resistance and the Zionist enemy army, three Israeli prisoners are being handed over today, Saturday, in the area east of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.
An Israeli prisoner holding Russian citizenship was handed over to the Al-Quds Brigades, while the Al-Qassam Brigades received two prisoners, one of whom holds American citizenship.
The media reported that on the other hand, the Zionist entity decided to release 369 Palestinian prisoners, including 36 sentenced to life imprisonment. Ten of them will be released to the West Bank, one to Jerusalem, while 333 prisoners will arrive in the Gaza Strip, with 25 prisoners being deported to other areas.
It noted that in a related context, Israeli violations of the shooting file continue in various areas of the Gaza Strip, as Israeli gunboats fired shells towards the shore of the sea west of Khan Younis, at the same time as intense gunfire from Israeli military vehicles east of the city.
In addition, the Zionist enemy forces targeted the vicinity of the Philadelphi axis south of Rafah with intense gunfire, indicating the continuation of the escalation despite the current agreements.
The enemy forces also arrested a Palestinian citizen east of Gaza City, in a move that reflects the continuation of field violations against civilians in the Strip.
