Sana'a - Saba:

The Yemen Oil Company has acknowledged recent complaints from citizens regarding vehicle malfunctions after refueling at certain stations. The company stated it has been actively monitoring these complaints through social media since April and is implementing a mechanism to investigate and address any damage caused by its petroleum products.

The company emphasized this initiative stems from its responsibility and commitment to building trust with citizens. Preventative measures have also been taken regarding unloaded materials. Committees are continuing their work to address any resulting damage, and their mandate has been extended for a final week, with a deadline of Wednesday evening, May 21st, for new complaints via WhatsApp (782200930).

Yemen Oil Company highlighted the exceptional circumstances it has operated under since the start of the war and blockade, emphasizing its role as a safety valve for the national economy despite the targeting of its facilities. The company reiterated its commitment to ensuring a continuous supply of petroleum products within available resources.
