Ankara - Saba:
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reiterated his categorical rejection of US President Donald Trump's plan to seize the Gaza Strip and displace Palestinians from it.

This came in press statements on board the plane during his return from an Asian tour that included Malaysia, Indonesia and Pakistan, which he concluded on Thursday.

Erdogan said regarding Trump's plan: "Displacement is unacceptable, it is barbaric."

The Turkish president added, addressing Washington: "Believing the lies of the Zionists and tampering with the situation in the region will only exacerbate its wounds, and this is the wrong path."
