The head of the Department of Civil Status and Civil Registration, Major General Ali Hussein Al-Dubaish, inspected on Monday the progress of work at the department's branch in Sa'ada Province.
During the visit, Major General Al-Dubaish, along with the Director of the Civil Status Department in the province, Colonel Aida Maqel, was briefed on the conditions of the employees, their needs, the progress of work in various departments, the level of simplification and facilitation of services provided to citizens.
Major General Al-Dubaish emphasized that the visit comes as part of the department's efforts to improve performance and develop services, as part of a field visit plan that includes various branches in the provinces.
For his part, the director of the department's branch in the province, Colonel Aidah Maqel, appreciated this visit, which is an incentive for the branch's leadership and staff to redouble their efforts in facilitating and completing citizens' transactions.
He emphasized that the branch is working at a high pace and receives citizens' requests according to modern mechanisms and advanced systems, to ensure the provision of distinguished services that meet the needs of beneficiaries.
