The Russian Defense announced on Tuesday, the liberation of two new towns in Donetsk, and successfully repelled an attack launched by Ukraine with American and British-made missiles on the Russian Bryansk province.
The Russian Defense said in its daily report that last night witnessed an attempt to launch a missile strike from Ukrainian territory on targets in Bryansk using six American-made ATACMS tactical operational missiles, six British-made Storm Shadow air-to-ground cruise missiles, and 31 drones.
The report added that air defense systems destroyed all means of air attack without recording any casualties or injuries, and two other Storm Shadow missiles were shot down over the Black Sea.
The Russian Defense confirmed that "the actions taken by the Kiev regime, supported by its Western sponsors, will not go unanswered."
