Today, Israeli media reported that an adviser to Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, Shmuel Bukhris, who is also a company commander in the Alexandroni reserve brigade, was injured during a confrontation in southern Lebanon.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Israeli army said three soldiers in its ranks had been seriously wounded in battles in southern Lebanon.
The Third Alexandronic Infantry Brigade is a brigade of the 91st Galilee Division, also known as the League of Galilee, a regional unit of the IDF's Northern Command whose main task is to protect Israel's northern border.
The division includes several major combat units, including the 300th Param Infantry Brigade and the 769th Hiram Infantry Brigade, as well as reserve brigades such as the Third Alexandroni Infantry Brigade and the Eighth Armored Brigade.
