SANA'A - SABA- The Arab Academics University for Science and Technology hosted a speech event in Sana'a on Thursday to commemorate the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.

During the event, Abu Ayat Shaker, representing the Ministry of Defense, highlighted the significance of this occasion, describing it as the most important event in human history since the creation of the universe.

He emphasized that honoring the Prophet's birthday begins with revering God’s rituals and reflecting on the Prophet’s exemplary life, which is filled with moral lessons and virtues.

He urged attendees to adopt the Prophet's values and principles to achieve success both in this life and the hereafter.

Shaker commended the university’s focus on engineering and technology, linking academic achievements to advancements in both civil and military manufacturing.

He noted that the military successes are a result of a strong connection to God and the teachings of the Holy Quran.

Dr. Abdulrahman a-Dhanbi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Arab Academics University, also spoke about the profound meanings of the Prophet's birthday, urging attendees to emulate his virtues in daily life.

He mentioned that the university has celebrated the Prophet's legacy through various graduation projects, including an integrated energy initiative that utilizes wind and solar power, which won second place at the national level.

Dr. Al-Dhanbi highlighted additional innovative projects, such as a germ-sterilizing robot, a mine detection aircraft, and an interactive robot powered by artificial intelligence.

He underscored that reviving the memory of the Prophet is an expression of joy and reverence, encouraging attendees to draw lessons from his life to advance society.

Cultural activist Dr. Ali al-Sousouh remarked on the birth of the Prophet as a symbol of mercy and harmony, urging adherence to his principles and values. He stressed the importance of confronting contemporary ignorance through the teachings of the Quran and the Prophet’s example.
