GAZA August 26. 2024 (Saba) - Al-Qassam Battalion, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas", on Monday claimed responsibility for ensnaring a Zionist force into booby-trapped tunnel in the town of Al-Qarara, northeast of Khan Younis, leaving the five soldiers killed or wounded.
According to Ma'an news agency, Qassam Battalions said in a military statement: After their return from the battle lines our mujahedeen reported that a tight ambush was carried out against a Zionist force, that was holed up in one of the houses, with a TBG anti-fortification missile and another anti-personnel missile.
It added that it blew up a tunnel eye that had been pre-trapped in a force of five soldiers who advanced to the scene, killing and wounding them all in the al-Qarara area, northeast of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Qassam Battalions and other resistance factions continue to valiantly confront the Zionist enemy forces in the various axes of incursion into the Gaza Strip.
