The Jenin Camp Media Committee confirmed on Tuesday that the Zionist enemy continues its aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp for the 155th consecutive day, committing crimes of forced displacement and widespread destruction. Homes and the seizure of Palestinian citizens' property.
The committee explained in a statement that the enemy is implementing a systematic policy aimed at emptying the camp of its residents, through daily raids, the total and partial demolition of dozens of homes, attacks on citizens, and the conversion of a number of confiscated homes into military sites.
It added that enemy forces have arrested more than 20 citizens in recent days and carried out widespread vandalism of private property, while physical assaults on a number of young men have been documented.
The Media Committee emphasized that what is happening in Jenin is an extension of the policy of collective punishment and an ongoing attempt to break the will of the camp's residents, who continue to persevere despite the catastrophic humanitarian conditions and the mass displacement of thousands of families.
The committee called on local and international media, human rights, and humanitarian organizations to assume their responsibilities in conveying the truth about what is happening, exposing the enemy's crimes, and holding it accountable before international forums.
