GAZA August 17. 2024 (Saba) – Four Palestinians were martyred and several others injured on Saturday evening in an Occupation Israeli airstrike targeting a house in Deir al-Balah, located in the central Gaza Strip.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces targeted a residence in the al-Hakr area, south of Deir al-Balah, leading to the deaths of four citizens and injuries to others.

In a separate incident, Israeli warplanes also launched an air raid on a residential tower in al-Nuseirat camp, also in the central Gaza Strip.

The Israeli forces have continued their extensive military operations against Gaza by land, sea, and air since October 7, 2023.

The ongoing aggression has resulted in the deaths of 40,074 Palestinian citizens and injuries to 92,537 others.

Thousands remain trapped under rubble or on the roads, with ambulance and rescue teams unable to reach them due to the continued hostilities.
