Moscow – Saba:
Alexey Likhachev, head of Russia’s "Rosatom," stated on Monday that a "very dangerous line" had been crossed following attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, warning that only a few steps remain before "catastrophic decisions" are made.
According to Russia Today, Likhachev noted in a press comment that the regional escalation in various parts of the world no longer considers the nuclear factor, posing a significant risk.
"A very dangerous limit has been crossed, and only a few steps remain before we reach catastrophic decisions," he said.
Likhachev added, "We strongly desire to return the situation to a diplomatic path and reaffirm the clear, stable principle that nuclear facilities must not be attacked."
