Hossein Kermanpour, head of the Public Relations and Information Center at Iran’s Health Ministry, announced on Monday that 44 women and 13 children have been killed since the start of the brutal Zionist aggression against Iran.
According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, Kermanpour noted that two of the female martyrs were pregnant and lost their lives along with their unborn babies.
In a post on social media, he stated that 163 women have been injured since the beginning of the aggression.
Among the child victims was a two-month-old infant, the youngest killed, while the youngest injured is a four-year-old child currently in the ICU with burns covering 50% of his body.
He added that the child’s mother, Dr. Rasouli, a gynecologist, as well as his father and infant sister, were also killed in the recent bombardment.
