Tehran – Saba:
Iranian judicial authorities announced the thwarting of espionage and terrorist plots in several provinces. Most notable was the arrest of three individuals in Kermanshah Province, one of whom held European citizenship, on charges of espionage.
A spokesman for the judiciary said that these arrests were made with the assistance of citizens and coordination between security and judicial agencies, the suspects were referred to the relevant authorities for further legal action, according to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency.
