SANA'A August 17. 2024 (Saba): Member of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh Bin Habtoor, received a congratulatory telegram from the head of the Russian General Organization "Martial Arts Federation", Viktor Dzedov, on the occasion of his appointment as a member of the Supreme Political Council.

Dzedov expressed his warmest congratulations and blessings to Dr. Bin Habtoor on the appointment, wishing him success and fulfillment in his new mission, noting the organization's aspiration to strengthen cooperation relations in the field of physical culture and sports and to take the initiative to establish a national union for martial arts in Yemen to develop the game with systematic support from the Russian Federation.

Dr. Bin Habtoor expressed his thanks and gratitude to the head of the Russian General Organization for the congratulations, expressing appreciation for the union's initiative to establish a union for martial arts in Yemen in coordination with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
