The Environmental Health Department in Dhamar province on Monday launched a comprehensive awareness campaign targeting food and service establishments in Dhamar City.
The campaign aims to combat acute watery diarrhea by raising awareness, ensuring health compliance, and enhancing oversight.
Public Works Director Eng. Moadh al-Shawkani stated the initiative follows an emergency meeting on disease control.
Inspection teams will monitor violations and educate owners on hygiene and food safety.
Environmental Health Director Dr. Ezzedine al-Jarmouzi urged cooperation to protect public health.
