RAMALLAH August 09. 2024 (Saba) - Palestinian resistance activities continued in the occupied West Bank and Quds during the past week, where 183 qualitative and popular resistance acts were recorded between the second and eighth of August, resulting in the death and injury of ten Zionist soldiers and settlers and the martyrdom of 26 Palestinians.
According to the Palestinian Information Center (PINFO) on Friday, the Palestine Information Center (Ma'ta) monitored 36 shooting operations targeting checkpoints, settlements, and gatherings of enemy forces and settlers in the West Bank and occupied Quds.
During the period, two resistance fighters carried out stabbing attacks against enemy forces and settlers, and youths and resistance fighters threw 17 explosive devices at the occupation forces.
The resisters shot down a drone during the past week while it was flying, and the resisters damaged four vehicles of the Zionist enemy forces while carrying out incursions into the cities of the occupied West Bank.
The rebellious youth burned two military installations and threw nine Molotov cocktails at the Zionist enemy gatherings, towers, checkpoints, and settlements.
The rebellious youth also confronted 11 settler attacks that affected many cities and villages in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
PCHR monitored 16 demonstrations and marches in support of the resistance and martyrs and condemning the crimes of the Zionist enemy and its settlers in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
