SANA'A June 11. 2024 (Saba) - A training program for lectures by Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi from the lessons of the era of Imam Ali by Malik al-Ashtar was concluded in Sana'a today, Tuesday, organized by the Ministry of Human Rights in coordination with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision-Making Support.
Over a period of 12 days, the program targeted all employees of the Ministry of Human Rights, to introduce them to the axes and components of the Covenant, its titles and topics, and to build their capabilities, qualify them, and educate them in a way that contributes to refining souls, improving work, and achieving a positive impact on self-development.
In conclusion, the Caretaker Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami, considered the program an introduction to upcoming programs , courses towards improving institutional performance and improving the level of human rights and humanitarian work.
Al-Dailami stressed the need to focus on the main contents related to the covenant with regard to human rights and the situation in general, and the advice that Imam Ali gave to Malik Al-Ashtar on the personal level, performing work , money, dealing with people and different levels.
Human Rights Minister warned of the conspiracies being hatched by the enemies of the forces of global arrogance against the Yemeni people, especially after the religious, humanitarian and moral position in support of Palestine and its just cause, indicating that human rights and humanitarian works are one of the means through which the enemy enters to implement his agenda and conspiracies.
He urged the team charged with preparing the Covenant Matrix for application in the field of human rights to coordinate with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision-Making Support, noting at the same time the Center’s support , follow-up and the enthusiasm of its staff in implementing the program and workshops at the level of ministries and institutions.
Dr. Ali Sharaf El-Din, from the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support, reviewed the program’s objectives in targeting the human element through training and qualification and building three main aspects: the knowledge that the individual acquires, the skills that he must be able to practice in his work, and building behavior that is the main driver of performance.
