OCCUPIED AL-QUDS May 17. (Saba) - The British newspaper "Financial Times" revealed on Frinday that three Arab countries have agreed to enter the Gaza Strip "the day after" the conflict, but they have demanded compensation from the United States.
According to the newspaper, the Americans approached Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Morocco, who expressed their support for participating in a multinational force, but they requested recognition.
The newspaper, citing officials familiar with the matter, reported that "President Joe Biden's administration is seeking to establish a coalition of Arab forces for peacekeeping, to fill the expected power vacuum in the Gaza Strip after the end of the Israeli war."
The same source added that the American request was rejected by other Arab countries, fearing they would be seen as "colluding" with the Israelis and also out of fear of facing a "rebellion" within the Gaza Strip
