SANA'A February 27.2024 (Saba) - The caretaker Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, received a congratulatory telegram from the Secretary-General of the Union of Arab Historians and Dean of the Institute of Arab History and Scientific Heritage for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Muhammad Jassim Hammadi Al-Mashhadani, on his practical, cultural, intellectual and documentary publications.
Dr. Al-Mashhadani noted the contents of Dr. Bin Habtoor’s book entitled “Intellectual, Political, and Humanitarian Writings - Part One,” which he pointed out reflected the distinguished scientific efforts in continuing the unlimited intellectual giving of the Prime Minister despite his preoccupation with managing the government in light of the circumstances of Yemen facing continuous aggression.
He considered this scientific insistence as evidence of the high scientific spirit and great intellectual responsibility of Dr. Bin Habtoor... stressing that these various publications are of which all Arab historians are proud, asking God Almighty to bestow clear victory on the leadership, government and people of Yemen over the enemies and to protect it from all harm.
Dr. Bin Habtoor, in a response telegram of thanks in response to the telegram of the Secretary-General of the Union of Arab Historians, praised the Union’s efforts in mobilizing and coordinating the level of cooperation among Arab historians and its role in preserving the nation’s history by publishing and documenting the publications of Arab historians from various Arab countries... praying to God. help, success, and lasting success for Dr. Al-Mashhadani, in his professional and private life.
